Grace Counseling offers comprehensive treatment for ages 13 and up suffering from addiction. This includes a Intensive Outpatient, Supportive Outpatient and Individual. Our community collaboration model gives clients access to psychiatric services, a Registered Dietician, Medication Assisted Treatment when indicated and Sober Living Homes for both male and females 18 and up. All of our counselors are Master\'s Prepared.
OUR IOP MODEL The Grace Counseling Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program utilizes The Matrix Model which includes several key components that complement each other and combine to produce an integrated outpatient treatment experience that works. Grace Counseling Center IOP includes the following components: Early Recovery Groups Relapse Prevention Groups Family Education Groups Individual Sessions Social Support Groups 12-Step Meetings SMART Recovery Medication Assisted Treatment when indicated. Our counselors provide a safe, nurturing environment and a collaborative approach which has been found to lead to increased sobriety rates.
We offer a SMART Recovery model and a 12 Step Model depending on the needs of the client. Our community collaboration model gives clients access to psychiatric services, a Registered Dietician, Medication Assisted Treatment when indicated and Sober Living Homes for both male and females 18 and up. In addition, all clients get weekly individual and/or family sessions as part of out IOP and SOP.
