Monarch Shores is a licensed and certified substance abuse treatment center that specializes in providing individualized treatment plans. Our physician-led multidisciplinary treatment team provides an integrated, holistic approach to treatment that creates long-term effective sobriety.

Monarch Shores sits on a Cliffside in the beautiful beach community of Dana Point, California. The house is private and has a panoramic view of the majestic ocean. We offer well-appointed private rooms with ocean views for the perfect get away feel, even during such a difficult time as detox. This six bed facility offers a more intimate experience with a 3:1 client to staff ratio (not exactly sure if this number is correct). The full glass wall design allows clients to enjoy the gorgeous ocean and sunset view from the comforts of anywhere in the home.
The open floor plan allows peers to have several areas to sit and journal, read, meet with counselor. All bedrooms have large screen TVs. There is an outdoor sitting area to enjoy the comfortable 73 degree average yearly temperature. Monarch Shores staff have given specialized attention to details in order to provide a uniquely peaceful environment that enhances recovery.The house is located by many local attractions including, Dana Point Harbor, Downtown San Juan Capistrano, San Clemente Pier, and Downtown Laguna Beach.
