Sites in Honolulu and Hilo provide private, comprehensive and wholistic long term, outpatient services for people with problems with opioid use.

The approach is trauma informed, welcoming and based on strengths. We treat each person as special and important.

We have an acupuncturist on site and we see clients as students - or haumana in Hawaiian. We provide alternative lifestyles such as teaching meditation, hobbies, art expressions, overall health and wellness to change the brains, health and choices.
