Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, 12 Steps & AA/NA. Group and individual therapy. Client Centered, Non-Confrontational, Person Centered Approaches

All groups are 5-8 people so everyone gets individual attention. We keep our case loads low so each client gets the therapist\'s full attention. Our therapists are required to take 2 one-week vacations annually to take care of themselves.
